You can either book a Cake Smash photography session on or around your child's first birthday OR you could book it a few weeks before so you can use some of the images for birthday invitations.
Our Cake Smash is geared around your child having fun and the messier it gets the better results we can acheive. Please don't forget to bring the wet wipes!! ;-)
We encourage you to bring some toys, maybe some balloons and a few changes of clothes, as the photo session is generally done in 2 or 3 stages. We like to start off gently with their toys and have a little bit of a playtime getting your little one used to their surroundings. Maybe then a change of clothes, more pics with some of our props and then we would introduce the cake.
The whole photo shoot is led by your child, sometimes we can be finished in less than an hour other times this could take two. Every child is different and that's what we want to reflect in your images. Each session is unique and some are more messier than others but they are always fun.
We can supply the cake or you can bring one of your own, our pricings gives you the option.
Frames, images and digitals files are available to purchase but the item our parents like the best is the Cake Smash Book "My First Birthday".
